10 - Day Delicate Steam - Sessions

This option may be recommended for you to use consecutively for 10 days as a more aggressive session to match the issue or infection. Lauren brings everything you will need and is with you during the first session. We will discuss topics related to your situation and ways to preserve a healthy environment for our womb. L is available to chat the whole ten days and follows up during and after your next cycle. You will steam for 10 -30 minutes each session depending on your protocol. The herbal steam healing properties enter into your relaxed, open body. After a few days, infections and pain will dissipate and most other results show up during menses. This option is for either first/time or experienced steamers. Herbs will be chosen by the facilitator to match with your blush!
